Rental companies are ranked by their score out of 5, which comes from approved renter reviews. Price and deposit carry the most weight, followed by insurance, pick-up, fleet, service and flexibility. Reviews older than 24 months count at half weight, and a company with few reviews starts close to the site average until more renters report.
Who approves the listings and reviews?
A person approves every listing and every review before it is published. Nothing on the site publishes automatically.
Can a company pay to rank higher?
No, payment never changes the ranking. A paid placement carries the label Sponsored and sits in its own box above the ranked list, outside the ranked order.
What does the Verified label mean?
The Verified label means a person checked evidence that the company is a registered business, such as its Greek business registry (GEMI) number or tax number (AFM). Verification is free and never changes the score. It only breaks a tie between two companies with the same score and review count.
How do I write a review?
Write a review after your trip on the Write a review page, choose your pick-up point and answer the questions about the 6 attributes. A person reads the review before it appears and removes plate numbers, staff names and personal data. This site does not file or settle claims with rental companies.
What can a rental company do on the site?
A rental company can claim its listing, reply to reviews and update its policy details, and all 3 are free. Paid plans add labelled sponsored placements and never change the ranking.
